Traditional Ryukyu Sweet
"KONPEN" is a traditional Okinawan baked sweet, which used to be presented to Ryukyu royalty or visiting envoys as a luxury gift during the Ryukyu Kingdom era.
The recipe and the ingredients remain the same since our confectionery was established. Soft cookies filled with sesame paste and Okinawa brown sugar.
